Oldcastle Infrastructure has acquired a 139,580-square-foot industrial facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia, from Ready Mix USA for $2.8 million.

The single-story building, constructed in 1988, sits at 300 Pike Blvd and includes a fenced lot. The property sold for approximately $20 per square foot in what was noted as a related principles transaction.

The industrial property is fully leased to Block USA, which has occupied the space since 1995.

Oldcastle Infrastructure, part of building materials giant CRH, currently owns 30 properties totaling approximately 1.75 million square feet. Ready Mix USA is a concrete supplier serving professional contractors and builders throughout the southeastern United States.
