Spirit Soars into South Floridavon 1/3/2025

Spirit Airlines, which is moving to South Florida from Detroit, will occupy all 56,194 square feet at building 16B at the Miramar Park of Commerce. The building, located ar 2800 Executive Way in Miramar, is owned and managed by Sunbeam Properties. Doug Campbell of Cushman & Wakefield of Florida represented Spirit Airlines in its negotiations with Andy Ansin of Sunbeam. Spirit will be moving into its new space in November of this year.
