A key advisory panel to a trilevel government body responsible for Toronto's waterfront development seems to think a 1,524-page plan by Google parent Alphabet’s subsidiary Sidewalk Labs is short on specifics on how it would develop 190 acres next to Lake Ontario in Canada's largest city.
