Strong demand by serviced office and co-working companies has surged across the country in recent years to address occupiers' growing demands for flexibility. Bristol did not escape that trend either, with co-working firms continuing to enter or expand in the market, taking more than 150,000 sq ft of space over the past two years. Certain locations, however, proved more popular than others.
