Colliers reports solid Q1 but expects significant Covid-19 driven fall in second quarter

Group in strong financial position but expects brokerage to be particularly hit by pandemic

Colliers International has reported solid first quarter operating and financial results with revenues down 1% at $630.6m but said it expects the rest of year to be challenging, particularly in brokerage, because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
