The number of ‘for sale’ listings added to the CoStar database dropped off markedly in April, with many property owners choosing to pause on disposals in light of the current market volatility. Just over 500 commercial properties came to market last month, a drop of 44% compared with March 2020 and the lowest monthly total since December 2018.
