Business Immo, the Smart Buildings AllianceAnd the Espi grouphave joined forces again to organize the 2nd edition of the Digital Transformation of Real Estate Awards in France. The winners will be announced on September 10. The objective and ambition of this meeting is to draw up an inventory of digital transformation across the entire real estate value chain; to map the changes in business practices driven by digital transformation and to offer more visibility to the initiatives carried out by actors who make real estate in France.
Some 194 companies submitted applications, of which 23 were selected for further consideration in order to nominate three nominees in each of the city's eight real estate and manufacturing sectors.

The jury, chaired by Sophie Boissard, president of Korian, and composed of representatives of the major federations, organizations and institutions in the real estate industry that support this initiative (Syntec-Engineering, CNOA, IFEI, Unis, FSIF,Aproma, Finance Innovation...), met and named a winner in each category and awarded a Grand Prize to the company, project or initiative that stands out, as well as a Special Jury Prize.
Added to this will be the favorite of Business Immo readers, all sectors combined.
