Business Immo, the Smart Buildings Alliance and the Espi Group have joined forces once again to organize the2nd edition of the Trophées de la Transformation digitale de l'immobilier en France. The winners will be announced on September 10. The aim and ambition of this event is to take stock of digital transformation across the entire real estate value chain; to map the changes in business practices driven by digital transformation; and to give greater visibility to the initiatives undertaken by the players who make up the real estate industry in France.
Some 194 companies submitted applications, of which 23 were selected to be studied in depth in order to designate three nominees in each of the eight sectors of the real estate and city-building industry.

The jury, chaired by Sophie Boissard, President of Korian, and made up of representatives of the major real estate industry federations, organizations and institutions supporting this initiative(Syntec-Ingénierie, CNOA,IFEI,Unis, FSIF, Aproma, Finance Innovation...), met and selected a winner in each category, awarding a Grand Prix to the company, project or initiative that stood out, as well as a Special Jury Prize.
In addition, Business Immo's readers will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite projects in all sectors.
