After more than 35 years in the capital's1st arrondissement, international law firm Simmons & Simmons was looking for an independent building. JLL 's Leasing Markets Advisory team found the firm a building just a stone's throw from Place de la Madeleine, in Paris's 8th arrondissement; an asset restructured by the Baumschlager Eberle architectural firm and the Deka Immobilien project team. Business Immo visited the new 4,200 m² headquarters, whose organization is primarily focused on collaboration and user well-being.
